If you need a great frying pan... buy the Starfrit type. It's the best frying pan I've ever owned and I love it so much that I ordered some for my daughter and my nephew and they both love them just as much as I do. It's the only type of frying pan I will ever buy again. I have three different sizes. Easy to clean too is a big plus.Ibgoofinoff
