Works on induction cooktop
We were looking to add cookware that will work on our induction cooktop. We have both electric and induction (magnetic) cooktops and most of our cookware we'd had before induction hit the market. These are good sizes, especially if you're looking for a starter set. They're heavy, but not so much to make them difficult to handle when there is food in the pot. They are also dishwasher safe (although the manufacturer does recommend hand-washing). You probably would want to hand-wash if there is sticky stuff on the bottom that doesn't come off easily.
The dutch oven pot lid also fits the skillet. I also like the shape of the pots, although that's probably just aesthetic and I'm not a huge fan of "non-stick surfaces" so these are just what I wanted.xartemis
We recieved our box with the contents looking as advertised in the product photo, overall look was as advertised however the lip (on the otherwise sturdy frying pan) was already dented. A dent we were unable to remove. The lids on this cook wear cannot be submerged in water (sink) for cleaning because water gets into the seal and get gets trapped in the seal, which caused stagnant water remaining trapped in the lid.Piercing
