Nice cookwares series for an inexpensive price
I'm not a chef, just a guy that likes to cook. Through the years I've owned some great cookware and some really cheap, awful cookware. The Cuisinart Chef's Classic series is really all I need. It's durable, heats evenly and is easily hand washed. Sure, I could buy the Tri-Clad or Multi-Clad series but I don't want to spend that much money when the Chef's Classic series work for me. The only issue I have with these saucepans is the edge. It seems a little sharp and I wish they could have used a rolled edge on them. Otherwise I have no complaints. I agree with the opinion that you should always hand wash pots and pans and never use the dishwasher. They'll last longer because the harsh chemicals from the automatic dish soap and the high heat can damage the finish of the stainless steel cookware. I just let mine soak overnight for stubborn messes. If I didn't like Cuisinart so much I'd probably choose T-fal for inexpensive cookware. I don't care for Tramotina one bit. Anyway, I'm happy with these saucepans and the other Cuisinart cookware of the same series. They're affordable and work well for my needs.recycleohio
As good or better than the more expensive brands.
I don't think your going to find a better stainless pan at any price. I had a high dollar brand (sent it back) and this one cooks better. I'm completely satisfied.Diane
Excellent small Skillet
This is a high quality skillet from Cusinart. Heavy duty and no need to worry about health problems from non-stick surfaces. Just the right size for a single person.Jhonny
